Wednesday June 13th 2012

I think today may be a busy day.  Kim is coming over around 10AM and we will go shopping for the groceries etc for our camping expedition.

I was up plenty early and got to watch Clifford, the big red dog, with the kids.  They really like that and Barney.

We left for Cosco with Kim around 11AM I think.  We spent about 3 hours in there looking at and picking up “stuff”.  They have some good deals but some of the stuff is really expensive.  We will split the cost with everyone. I asked her how much that had come to so far and it was almost $450!!  We did get a lot of stuff though but not all of it.  Linda and I are going to to to Wal Mart for some things that are just to expensive to buy at Cosco.

Dee came over to Cosco to help take some of the stuff home and it’s a good thing she did.  She has a van and we needed it.  We put most of the stuff in her van and took it to Kim’s place and unloaded it and divided some of it up.  No way Kim could pack all that stuff in her refrigerator and freezer.  Dee had some room so she took a pretty good size bunch of it with her.

After getting all this done we were a little hungry so we went to my favorite Mexican place, Cotihas.  We got some burritos and Kim got a nacho type of thing…

Do you see the size of those burritos???  They are humongous!  They are also very good.  Got very full but had enough energy now to go to Wal Mart to get some more “stuff”!  I’m not sure how long we spent there but it was quite awhile.  We texted Kim about the cost of things and found Wal Mart to be cheaper than Vons prices.  We definitely have the car loaded and will be nice to get rid of some of it.

Got back to Bren’s and she had supper fixed and it was good also.  Good thing we had time to do some shopping first.  She had home made soup and goulash for supper. Thoroughly enjoyed it!

Bren and Linda went to the store again tonight.  I opted to stay home and relax.  Tried working on the computer and tried reading but I’m just to tired to stay awake.  We did sit around talking until after 10PM though so it wasn’t a real early night.  That’s it I guess….Night Y’all.
