Went to church this morning and the Sunday School wasn’t to bad and church was good. Linda was fixing dinner, David and Marian are supposed to be here around 1PM so she will have it ready when they get here.
I got home about 12:15 and they weren’t here yet so I texted them and they were about 12 miles away so I went out with Sparky and made sure they figured out where we live and didn’t miss our house. They made it about 12:30 and was nice to see them and they had a decent trip.
Linda made roast pork with rice and then a broccoli and cauliflower dish that was excellent! We had a good time talking most of the afternoon getting caught up on things that was going on in their lives.
David is checking the routes he wants to take on the way back. Still doesn’t know which way he wants to take to go home. It will be a few days so he will have time to figure it out. The dogs, Munchkin, which you can see in the picture above, and Sparky don’t get along the greatest but they do OK. Munchkin doesn’t really like Sparky because Sparky is kind of hyper but they were left alone for awhile and they seemed to do OK.
It is kind of fun to watch them play together…
Tug O War time!!
I went to church tonight and they were still in Revelation. Pretty good stuff!
After church and back at home we visited more and had tuna salad sandwiches which really hit the spot…
We stayed up until 10PM and we were all tired so we went to bed…Night Y’all….
